People's Collective India (PCI) is a volunteer-driven movement built on the principles of integrity, self-reliance, and public trust. PCI is entirely volunteer driven. No Founder, Director, Trustee, Office Bearer, or Member receives a salary, commission, or financial benefit from the organisation. Every rupee generated is managed through robust financial controls, independent oversight, and transparent accounting to ensure that funds are utilised solely for advancing PCI's mission and creating measurable social impact. PCI will publish Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Activity and Financial Reports, making them accessible to members, partners, donors, and the general public. These reports will provide a clear account of funds received, how they have been utilised, the projects undertaken, and the measurable impact created in communities.
